HOW I THINK
The way I build is shaped as much by questions as by technology.
START WITH THE PROBLEM
Technology is rarely the starting point.
Before deciding what to build, I want to understand who experiences the problem, why it matters, what should change, and how we will know if we succeeded.
CUSTOMERS BUY OUTCOMES, NOT CODE
Software has value only when it changes something that matters.
The objective is not to produce more features or more code. It is to create a better outcome for the user or the business.
AI SHOULD INCREASE AMBITION, NOT JUST OUTPUT
The most interesting opportunity with AI is not simply doing the same work faster.
It is using that leverage to attempt things that were previously beyond our time, skills, or resources.
SPEED SHOULD NOT REPLACE THINKING
Producing something faster does not necessarily mean producing something better.
As production becomes cheaper, judgment, depth, creativity, and the ability to ask the right questions become more valuable.
LEADERSHIP IS LEVERAGE
A technical leader should not become the person who solves every difficult problem.
The goal is to create clarity, improve decisions, and increase the team's ability to solve problems without depending on one individual.
