HOW I WORK

  1. Understand the problem

Who has it, why it matters, and what would need to change.

  2. Define success

What outcome we are aiming for and how we will know we reached it.

  3. Design the approach

What to build, what to leave out, and how the pieces should fit.

  4. Build and iterate

Ship in small steps and learn from what becomes real.

  5. Validate with reality

Test against users, constraints, and the business outcome.

  6. Learn and refine

Adjust the problem, the plan, or the execution, then continue.

SELECTED WORK

  • AMADEUS

From Junior Developer to Technical Lead

I joined Amadeus in 2016 as a junior software developer. After several years of engineering experience, a two-year period outside the company, and broader exposure to full-stack development and consulting, I returned in 2023 as a Technical Lead.

This journey reflects how my role evolved from building individual components to helping teams make technical decisions and deliver complex systems.

  • MYEASYTRANSFER

    When software becomes a business

In 2020, my cousin asked whether I could build a web application for sending money from France to Tunisia.

I designed and built the first product. He handled the legal, regulatory, and partnership side.

The service later expanded across European and African markets, and continued after I handed it over.

The experience showed me that building the software is not the same as building the business.

  • COGARDEN

Building a product from the problem outward

CoGarden is my own platform for helping community gardens manage members, plots, communication, events and day-to-day operations.

Unlike a client project, I am responsible for the entire problem:

understanding users → defining the product → building it → positioning it → finding customers

CoGarden is where engineering, product thinking and entrepreneurship come together.
